Look, on paper, a lot of support work looks the same : shifts get covered, notes get written, rules get followed, participants get their hours. But dig a bit deeper and there's this massive gap between people who are just complying and people who are genuinely committed. Compliance mode is basically fear-driven. "Don't screw up, don't get audited, don't get in trouble." Staff stick to the script, do the bare minimum, cover their back. It's safe, for the worker, anyway. The job gets done, but...
